Everyone in town is talking about making money, changing habits ,going back to school, working harder on that hustle etc. I mean everyone including myself wants to do better in life but I have noted that despite all the things we want to achieve, most of us forget to make a change in our health.

Even if we all have all the money in this world we cannot do that hustle if we are not feeling well, we cannot achieve a thing but it’s crazy I can say how we all forget the basic thing to do: taking care of our body’s health.

I know you are like, hello! do you know what you are talking about? Yeah of course I do. I don’t want to ask you a lot neither taking yor energy nor your money.

It’s a weekend and I know you are relaxing at home and enjoying yourselves but it’s very funny how we can do that while forgetting one very important, easy and cheap thing, which is drinking water each and every day. Water is very important in our lives and we need to make sure we take the right amount every day. You can keep a bottle of water in your car, on your desk at your office, in your backpack or wherever you feel comfortable while doing other important things.

Growing up my mother used to wake us early in the morning and gave us two glasses of water. I never liked the initiative together with my siblings, I mean it was just drinking water the first thing in the morning and little did I know that it was important for my health and now that’s what I do every morning to keep my body health.
Keeping hydrated is crucial for health and well-being, but many people do not consume enough fluids each day.

Around 60 percent of the human body is made up of water, and around 71 percent of the planet’s surface is covered by water.
Let me just share with you why you need to carry that bottle of water every day;

As I said the body is composed of about 60% of water. The functions of these bodily fluids include digestion, absorption, circulation, creation of saliva, transportation of nutrients, and maintenance of body temperature.

Your skin contains plenty of water and functions as protective barrier to prevent excess fluid loss. But don’t expect over hydration to erase wrinkles or fine lines, says Atlanta dermatologist Kenneth Ellner, MD
Dehydration makes your skin look more dry and wrinkled, which can be improved with proper hydration; he says. But once you are adequately hydrated, the kidneys take over and excrete excess.

You can also help “lock” moisture into your skin by using moisturizer, which creates a physical barrier to keep moisture in.


Well that may sound off but it’s not .You have probably heard it more than once that drinking water will help you lose weight and that’s true you heard well dear. Water helps boost your metabolism, cleanse your body of waste and acts as an appetite suppressant. Also drinking water help your body stop retaining water, leading you to drop those extra pounds of weight.


Water that is stored in the middle layers of the skin comes to the skin’s surface as sweat when the body heats up. As it evaporates, it cools the body . Some scientists have suggested that when there is too little water in the body, heat storage increase and the individual is less able to tolerate heat strain.

They are so many ways on how water help our body in our day to day life, above are just few on how water works in our body .I know you might have a problem in starting this habit and you planning on drinking more water, here are some tips to increase your fluid intake and reap the benefits of water:

Have a beverage with every snack and meal choose beverages you enjoy; you are likely to drink more liquids if you like the way they taste. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Their water content will add to your hydration. About 20% of our fluid intake comes from foods.

Keep a bottle of water with you in your car, at your desk, or in your bag
Choose beverages that meet your individual needs .If you are watching calories, go for non-caloric beverages or water.
